Tylenol: True or False?

Tylenol has been a trusted pain relief brand since it came to market in the 1950s. But because doctors aren’t typically educated on over-the-counter medications in med school, some remain unclear on the facts regarding the safety and efficacy of Tylenol, particularly as they relate to patients with special conditions like heart, liver, and kidney issues.

Tylenol: True or False? is a campaign that was developed to help educate HCPs by dispelling certain myths and presenting compelling clinical evidence that supports Tylenol as a safe, effective recommendation for most patients. In order to more effectively engage HCPs, we gamified the concept, offering a simple statement of fact or fiction and challenging them to determine which it is. When the answer is revealed, it’s accompanied by supporting clinical data.

Campaign elements include a landing page on the Tylenol HCP website linking to relevant case studies, CRM, robust social media, and a strong presence at conferences. Rep amplification and rich media also serve as tactical drivers.
